RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Obsidian, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Bulgarian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition — unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
How to Return Contact us at [email address] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on:
- Items showing visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
